Snakmoo was launched in July 2018 as a small online beauty store. Our founder Jessea, a seasoned beauty enthusiast, noticed that many mainstream beauty brands overlooked the unique charm of niche and emerging products. Driven by a desire to bring these hidden gems to light, she decided to create an online platform that focuses on niche beauty brands and distinctive products.
In the beginning, we faced numerous challenges. With limited resources, we started with just a few niche brands, carefully selecting unique makeup and skincare items. Our team consisted of only three people, but our passion for beauty and commitment to quality propelled us forward as we built this platform from the ground up.
In May 2020, we officially launched our website with our first batch of products. Despite the low brand recognition, our dedication to quality and customer service quickly earned us a loyal customer base. These customers were drawn to our niche brands and appreciated our thoughtful approach.
In October 2022, we began to expand our product range, introducing more niche beauty products. We also added beauty tools and small beauty appliances to further diversify our offerings. At the same time, we optimized our website interface to enhance the user experience.
Although we are still a small beauty store, we remain passionate about beauty and dedicated to our customers. We believe that by continuing to provide high-quality products and excellent service, we can earn the trust and support of more customers.
