Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items excluded from returns

All custom orders are excluded from the return policy.

Earrings are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items are excluded from our returns policy.

* Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

To process your return, we require notification of intent to return via email within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please carefully package and return your items to the address below, we recommend proof of postage via registered/tracked delivery.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
